The Board of Directors is the governing body of the John Ross Condominium Owners Association.  We have contracted with PREM Group for the actual Management of the Building.

 In its Management capacity, PREM has contracted with Thrive Anytime, a subsidiary of PREM, to provide Concierge services and for the buildings cleaning services.

Likewise, the facility maintenance of the building is handled by another subsidiary of PREM, SW Merp.
